2. Products and prices
We take reasonable care to describe products accurately. Images are illustrative and packaging may change. Prices are shown in pounds sterling and include applicable taxes. The current price stored in our catalogue at the time you place the order is the price charged.
3. Placing an order
You can review and correct your cart, delivery address and delivery method before selecting “Continue to secure payment”. An order is accepted only when payment is confirmed. We will send a durable confirmation by email.
4. Payment
Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not store complete card numbers. Available payment methods are displayed by Stripe at checkout.
5. Delivery
We currently deliver only within the United Kingdom. Delivery options, costs and estimates are shown before payment and are explained in our Shipping & Delivery Policy.
6. Cancellation and returns
Consumers normally have 14 days from delivery to tell us they wish to cancel, followed by 14 days to return the goods. Exceptions can apply, including sealed goods not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons once unsealed. Your statutory rights for faulty or misdescribed goods are unaffected. 7. Availability and cancellation by us
If an item becomes unavailable or a clear pricing error occurs before acceptance, we may cancel the affected item and refund any amount paid. We will contact you using the details on your order.
8. Liability and governing law
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded or limits your statutory consumer rights. These terms are governed by the laws applicable in the part of the United Kingdom where you live, and the relevant UK courts have jurisdiction.
